Board of directors
The Board is made up of representatives of the member organizations who are patients themselves.
Rosmarie Pfau, Office
Founder and President of Lymphome.ch and former lymphoma patient. Facilitator of four regional lymphoma discussion groups. She is Vice President of the Lymphoma Coalition and has international connections. She is a member of the SAKK patient council and the Swissmedic working group for patient and consumer organizations, a board member of EUPATI Switzerland and EUPATI Fellow. Rosmarie Pfau also facilitates 4 regional patient support groups.
Peter Löffelhardt, Head of Finance
Peter Löffelhardt is founder of the MPN Patients Association Switzerland as well as of the MPN Advocates Network, a global umbrella organization. Peter Löffelhardt is a patient himself and has a global and international network.
Adrian Heuss, President ad interim
Adrian Heuss is co-owner of advocacy ag; he has a lot of experience in strategic communication consulting and project management in life sciences, medicine, and healthcare.
Dr. med. Stephan R. Schobinger, President (currently absent due to illness)
Stephan Schobinger is a specialist in oncology (cancer), Vice President of the MPN Patient Support Association Switzerland and a board member of EUPATI Switzerland. In addition to a pancreatic tumor, he also suffers from myeloproliferative neoplasia and knows malignant blood diseases both as a patient and as a doctor.
Gabriela Coletti
Gabriela Coletti is a founding member and co-president of SELMAS mastozytose.ch.
She is a mastocytosis patient herself and has an international network.

Legal form
HOPOS is an association and is subject to Art. 60 ff of the Swiss Civil Code.
Purpose
HOPOS pursues exclusively charitable goals and is politically and denominationally neutral.
Finances
HOPOS covers its financial needs mainly as follows:
- Contributions from the public sector
- Donations and grants from third parties
- Contributions from sponsors
- Marketing proceeds
